Simon Boudard (b. 1970, London) is a contemporary artist based in Italy. Trained in Florence at the Charles H. Cecil Studios, he developed a strong foundation in classical observational painting and the sight-size method before establishing a successful career as a portrait painter in London, completing commissions for private collections and exhibiting globally.

Over the past decade, his practice has evolved from traditional figurative painting into a distinctive body of techno-mythological and symbolic works. Drawing upon sacred geometry, mythology, and contemporary technological culture, Boudard creates large-scale paintings that explore the relationship between archetypal imagery, identity, and emerging technological systems.

Rooted in academic painting traditions yet informed by contemporary cultural questions, his work combines geometric precision, reflective surfaces, and symbolic structures to create immersive visual environments that actively engage the viewer. His paintings have been exhibited internationally and are held in private collections worldwide.

Simon currently lives and works in the Comino Valley, Italy, where he is developing a new series of techno-mythological paintings and undertaking selected commissioned projects.
